Flow ID value is converted unexpectedly (Doc ID 2551204.1)

Symptoms

When using Logger component to output the log message and getting the return value of getFlowId, Flow ID value is converted unexpectedly as follows in some cases.

For Example, '18000045' was converted to '1.8000045E7'.

According to our investigation results, this issue occurs in case the current-dateTime function within an argument of the concat function as follows.
