Receiving PO Through Webservice With Error (Doc ID 2551239.1)

Goal

We using Webservice interface to archive PO receive.

But there are some time arise error with message "The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred in package name derive_vendor_rcv_line_qty with error code 1 and error text User-Defined Exception."
