Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Capture Transactions-Define Allocations and Period Entries
When attempting to open allocation application
the following error occurs.
ERROR

A " Error Occurred communicating with the server.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to FRC.
2. Open Workspace -> open Calculation manager.

Due to this issue, users cannot use allocation process
