Connected To An Idle Instance. Cannot Able To Startup (Doc ID 2551401.1)

Symptoms

OCI DB System environment.

Cannot able to start oracle db services. Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup

ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
ORA-01565: error in identifying file '+DATA/<DBUNIQUE-NAME>/spfilexxxx.ora'
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:10 Failed to open file +DATA/<DBUNIQUE-NAME>/spfilexxxx.ora
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

SQL> shutdown

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
SQL> exit
