Localize OOTB Web Content Widget (Doc ID 2551483.1)

Symptoms

When it comes to localizing the web content widget that's include a rich text element, there seems to be a bit of an issue, one can only find the EN content even though another language is being selected.
In this case, the customer had added 4 languages EN, DE, FR & NL.
