Goal

When using the transfer or promote flow in the Responsive User Interface to reassign reports, the name of the proposed manager is not visible in the black bar.

When the cursor is in the bar, the name becomes visible because it is highlighted. How can the name of the manager be visible without having the cursor in the bar?
