Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Contract Authoring

When attempting to download contract,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

We're Sorry. We can't open ....... because we found a problem with its contents


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Cloud Contracts > Search existing Contract > Go to Contract Terms tab and click Actions > Download after having successfully installed the Microsoft Add In

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download the contract
