Role Missing In Layouts (Doc ID 2551564.1)

Goal

When we attempt to assign 'SC Marketing' role to a lead detail page layout it is not an available selection.
I've tried using the 'show available predefined roles' checkbox, but the role still does not show.
I have also looked at account layouts and the role is missing from there as well.
