Symptoms

A Punchout Requisition that has a Line Type of Fixed Price Services, allows the price to be updated. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to Fusion Application
2. Click on Punchout Site
3. Add an item to cart (with Line Type: Fixed Price Services) and return back to Shopping Cart 
4. Notice Price is editable
