User is not able to import geographies using Manage File Import Objects.
When we are trying to upload the contract file using Manage File Import Objects, user getting the below error:
Your request could not be completed because of an error with the content management server. Contact your help desk.The request could not be completed because of the following error: The attachment information cannot be retrieved. (FND-2403) Details: The attachment information could not be retrieved because the file repository is unavailable. Cause: The file repository is unavailable at this time. Action: Contact your help desk...oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.FndMessagesUtil$FndMapResourceBundle
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage File Import Object
2. Create a new file import object
3. On Source file pick text file on File Type,
Data Type Comma Separated,
Upload from desktop,
On browse button choose any csv file.
4. Get error
This error occurs after P2T, and admins are unable to continue with configurations.
