SA Localization: Basic Salary Proration Not Happening At The Time Of Termination (Doc ID 2551888.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, SA - Saudi Arabia Legislation in SaaS environment.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
While running the payroll supplemental for staff, it has been noticed that Basic salary calculation is showing as SAR.11,850.00
whereas it should be pop up as SAR.423.00.

Termination details:
Termination Date: 01/02/2019
Basic Salary element entry value: 11850 ( Amount )

Customer has confirmed that they have made no any customization to the standard earnings element or the fast formula. However, the other
elements are working fine (proration) and also the basic salary proration is happening correctly for other terminated employees.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
The basic salary is 11850 per month and the number days worked in Feb 1 day.
So, the basic salary should have been 11850 * 1 / 28 = 422.8571 SAR.

STEPS
----------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Quick Pay was run for staff;
2. However, basic salary is showing incorrectly.
