IDCS Creates Duplicate Accounts In Eloqua Cloud When Users Are Imported From Eloqua

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a user is exported from Eloqua as CSV and imported into IDCS, IDCS will create a duplicate user account in Eloqua for that user.
- User exported from Eloqua to CSV
- User imported into IDCS (as sync from Eloqua is not currently supported)
- User is assigned to Eloqua in IDCS either directly or by assigning to a certain group
- Now as soon as Eloqua is assigned, it is marked to provision. Duplicate user gets created in Eloqua.
