Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Inventory

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User created misc receipt and submitted for approval. The email notification has been sent to approver with message ' The task details is not available at this time. Workspace Application to view the details' . When approver clicked the notifications from bell icon(UI), it was showing blank page. The same result when he tried to open from Tools->Worklist

Replaced the approver with other user and created misc receipt and submitted for approval. When approver clicked the notifications, it was showing blank page. The same result when he tried to open from Tools->Worklist


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 Approver should receive notification with detail and able to open the notifications from application 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supply Chain Execution-> Inventory Management->Create Miscellaneous Transaction
2. Enter the required detail and submit for approval
3. Approver will receive notification at mail box and able to open the notification from application
