ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After selecting values in a multi-select fixed choice list, on save, the values disappear. The values need to be selected all at once and will be saved correctly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Multi-select fixed choice list to allow adding values on different sessions

STEPS
-----------------------
1) Select any value in the FCL field
2) Save and close
3) Reopen the object and add another value to the FCL, then click save and close.
4) Reopen the object and observe that the FCL field is blank (no value is selected)
