On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Global Human Resources

Make 'PeopleGroup' KFF fieldKey Flexfield required

We are using the Key Flexfield "People Group" and have configured it to be a required field on the employment record. However, when we go through the hiring process, it is not required and it does not prevent you from proceeding if you leave it blank. This field drives the eligibility for some of our benefits and therefore will be a significant impact to the employee if this field is missed. Can you please advise how we can make this field required?
