Symptoms

Users are able to access the web portal but we are unable to access Smart View. When trying to access Smart View, the following error message appears:

Connection to Shared Services provider failed
Error message: 'The provider running at https://<SERVER_NAME>/workspace/SmartViewProviders is not a Shared Services provider'
