Can I use attachments on Fusion Cash Management Cloud Bank Statement header and lines?

We are implementing Fusion Cash Management with our existing Cloud Financials implementation.

Is there a way for us to save attachments on bank statement headers and lines in Fusion Cash Management as was possible in prior releases?
