Error: "An Application Error Occurred" Shows When Creating And Updating Service Request Records (Doc ID 2553100.1)

When creating or updating a Service Request record, a error dialog shows with the following message:
"An application error occurred. See incident log for more information."

Steps to replicate:
1. Go to Navigation -> Sales -> Service Request -> Create Service Request
2. Fill up the required Title field.
3. Save and Close
