Symptoms

When attempting to Access Environment the following error occurs.

ERROR

JVM time zone (A) does not match configured time zone (B). (with exception)

STEPS

  1. Enter Account Location into Browser
  2. Attempt to Access with proper credentials
  3. Error Message appears
