On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
India worker extract is continuously showing in running mode

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The extract should complete successfully in a timely manner

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. submitting for execution the India worker extract;
2. this is showing continuously in running mode (the processes are running for a very long time).
3. finally the extract got completed after ~ 13 hours;
4. now that the extract got completed, a lot records can be seen as being fetched although these changes were not confirmed by the business ( 31856 number of records not expected in the file..)

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
- Issue occurred on 11 and 12 OCT - the extract toked 12-13 hours and a lot of data has been processed- usually around 2 hours
- Issue happened again today
- The extract runs in changes mode (hire employee data and this impacts payroll)
