Saved Search Not Migrated to Target Instance When Using CSM

CSM migration tool - List View
Customer made migration using CSM - Customization Set Migration -(Navigator> Migration tool) from one environment to another.
Among all the customizations, custom Saved Search List Views of Leads and Opportunities were migrated. Migration completed successfully with all the Saves Search List Views.
Then they made few more customization by removing Saves Search List Views of both objects and Created new ones. CSM was run successfully but changes were not migrated.
