ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After Upgrade to New Tax Card (NTC) Cannot Toggle Between Old Tax Card (OTC) and NTC

After a tax card was updated to the New Tax Card (NTC) using the Synchronize Calculation Cards process, it was able to be switched back to the Old Tax Card (OTC) view.
Now users are not able to switch the tax card back to the NTC UI view even after running the Synchronize Calculation Card process.

The button Enhanced View no longer exists after the user clicks on Change View after running the Synchronize Calculation Cards process.

This is causing problems as the user is not able to go back to the enhanced card if the need to make changes.

For example:

Indiana County of Residence as of Jan 1 filled in for the employee on the Indiana Tax Calculation Card.

Indiana County of Principal Employment as of Jan 1 filled in for the employee on the Indiana Tax Calculation Card.

Once this is entered on the NTC (Enhanced Tax Card) and if the Change View button is pressed (intentionally or inadvertently) the information cannot be corrected or changed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

After a tax card was updated to the New Tax Card (NTC) using the Synchronize Calculation Cards process, it was able to be switched back to the Old Tax Card (OTC) view.

Indiana County of Residence as of Jan 1 filled in for the employee on the Indiana Tax Calculation Card.

Indiana County of Principal Employment as of Jan 1 filled in for the employee on the Indiana Tax Calculation Card.

Once this is entered on the NTC (Enhanced Tax Card) and if the Change View button is pressed (intentionally or inadvertently) the information cannot be corrected or changed.
