On : N/A version, Layered Compute - BI Publisher

After the application of the newest OAAC Patch, when attempting to save a DataModel with a parameter the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Please enter value for bind parameter in query"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot create new DMs with Parameters
