Document Category LOV Shows No Values In GDFF When "Document Category For Italy" Is Used (Doc ID 2553722.1)

Symptoms

Document Category LOV shows no values in GDFF when "Document Category for Italy" is used.

In supplier sites, when the "Document Category for Italy" is used as regional information value in the general tab, as a result the "document category" field should show a LOV containing all the document categories available.

However, this LOV is empty, not even the seeded categories such as "STD INV".
