Symptoms

A user clicks on an online dashboard link, which opens a BI Publisher report.

After selecting a value for a parameter, then selecting the Apply button, they receive the following error:

Error 
The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator. 
Error Detail 
oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: Invalid format requested: html
