Symptoms

  1. Shoppers are not being able to log in.
  2. Using Service Cloud Integration
  3. "Invalid" appended to shopper emails.
    1. Go to OCCS admin
    2. Account
    3. Contact List
    4. Note that shopper emails have "invalid" appended to them (e.g. testuser@gmail.com.invalid)
