Symptoms
- Shoppers are not being able to log in.
- Using Service Cloud Integration
- "Invalid" appended to shopper emails.
- Go to OCCS admin
- Account
- Contact List
- Note that shopper emails have "invalid" appended to them (e.g. testuser@gmail.com.invalid)
