Fusion US Payroll: How to Handle Scenario of Acquisition and FICA Accumulation in Legacy and New Systems

Company is going through an acquisition. Only 2 pay checks will be loaded in Oracle. The other wages, taxes etc will be reported on the old companies W2. However, company qualifies as the successor and can take into consideration the Wages already taxes for FICA to determine what need to be paid. Is there a way in the system to handle this currently? It is not possible to add them to the typical Taxable Wage buckets for Social Security and Medicare because they will not be on W2s and shouldn't be reported for our quarterly taxes.
