After a Cloud Environment Upgrade, P6 Professional Does Not Automatically Upgrade or DATABASE VERSION MISMATCH Displays at Login (Doc ID 2554261.1)

After an Oracle Cloud-hosted environment is upgraded, P6 Professional (on users' workstations) does not automatically upgrade during the application launch, and/or one of the following errors occur when attempting to login to P6 Professional:



The application and database versions do not match.
Expects database version: PMDB, <existing P6 application version>, but found database version: PMDB, <upgraded Cloud P6 version>


Note:  P6 Professional installed via an MSI installer will NOT automatically upgrade, also resulting in the reported error at login.
