Scroll Bar Not Available on the Very Right Side of the OSN Web Client Page (Doc ID 2554266.1)

Goal

In the Oracle Social Network (OSN) cList client (web client), there is no scrollbar on the very right side.
There is a scrollbar available in the "overview" page / section, also, there are scrollbars in each of the individual sections such as "Recent Activity" and "Contacts", but there is no scrollbar on the very right side.
This is not user friendly and doesn't correspond to what users would expect in when browsing.
