OTBI Report Showing Incorrect Details: a department whose costing is updated, when checked the same through OTBI it gives the values with old department name (Doc ID 2554297.1)

We have a department whose costing is uploaded from 1-1-2019. We have updated the name of the department on 23rd March 2019.
We go to manage costing of department and check the department level costing for the updated department name it shows the effective start date as 1-1-2019.
When we check the same through OTBI it gives the values with old name.

The UI does return the correct new value, only subject area "Payroll Costing Setup Details Real Time" does not.
