Symptoms

On session expiry from "ICX:Session Timeout", after hitting on the refresh button a new session is created within a new browser's tab, leaving the original EBS Suite Home tab in place plus the new one.

This create duplicate tabs during each time out.

Changes

Asserter log shows a request is make to /OA_HTML/jsp/fnd/close.jsp then throws "No Whitelisted URL matched with request Url"
