Updating competencies on active document displays old job target proficiency level
When an employee has a job change during our competency assessment process and needs to update the competencies onto the performance document the target
proficiency level is remaining across the old and new job. After the employee uses the action to update the competencies to display the newly assigned jobs
competencies the target efficiency level is showing for both the old and new job causing confusion on which competencies are new and which are old.
Logically, if an employee is changing jobs and needs to update the competencies on the document the old jobs competencies would no longer have a
target efficiency level as the job is no longer assigned. Please review the screenshots showing where this is being seen during the process.
This was working fine previously. With documents in the old UI, once the update goals and competencies task was completed the old competencies were removed from the document so there was not opportunity to display old target
proficiency. Customer using response UI.
