Products And Product Groups Are Not Visible Under Enable Dimensions And Metrics (Doc ID 2554783.1)

Symptoms

Users have setupsales catalog which has product and product groups, both. They want to use Product as a dimension in territory.

They have enabled it under "Enable Dimensions and Metrics" and also ran "Load and Activate" process which has run successfully.

But still don't see any product under View Members screen.
