Symptoms

You're attempting to make changes within the Account hierarchy in FCCS. This could include deleting a member, modifying properties on a member, or adding a new member. When you try to save your changes, an error is thrown: "Business rule failed to execute. See the job console page for error details."

On the Jobs card, you might see a message like this: "Failed to update member Account_007 because it is referred in Translation Rule(s) Rule_XYZ", or there might not be any error at all.
