Chain Name Does Not Display After Adding The Area For The First Time.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Chain Name is not displayed after the initial add and requires exiting the Area screen then re-entering in order for it to appear.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Go to Foundation Data>Location Foundation>Organizational Hierarchy>Area.
2. Go to Actions>Add.
3. Click "OK".
4. Note the "Chain Name" is not displayed.
5. Click Save and Close then Reenter the Area.
6. Note the "Chain Name" is displayed.
