Symptoms
In OCI, the TDE is enabled by default. The location of the TDE wallet file is defined in ENCRYPTION_WALLET_LOCATION in sqlnet.ora
If TDE wallet file is missing at OS level in the wallet location defined, we can restore the TDE wallet using dbcli recover-tdewallet command
