"Page Expired" error when DB password expires (Doc ID 2555041.1)

Symptoms

When connecting an application deployed on JCS-SX, "The page has expired. Click OK to continue" pop up is seen on the browser and the application does not load.


In the corresponding JCS-SX server logs, the following error is seen:
