While trying to run quickpay for a terminated employee , the quickpay is failing with an error Formula SA_GRATUITY_CALCULATION, line 135, a local variable was used before being initialized. (1=L_HR_REL_ID)

Steps to reproduce :

1- Terminate employee with last working date DD/MM/YYYY
2- Making QuickPay and choosing only the Seeded Element Gratuity Processing
3- Run QuickPay
4- Getting Error Formula SA_GRATUITY_CALCULATION, line 135, a local variable was used before being initialized. (1=L_HR_REL_ID)
