HRHD Manager Infolets - Team Resolve Is Not Providing Teams LoV To Select (Doc ID 2555411.1)

On : version, Analytics

The OOTB report from the following path:
/shared/Service/Embedded Content/HR HelpDesk Manager/Tile: My Team's Average Time To Resolve Closed SRs

When clicking on By Agent, a drop down is displayed, where you can select the Agent. But when clicking on By Team, no LOV is displayed, so you cannot select the Team.

Also, when By Agent is used, Categories do not appear and cannot be selected.

Is this the intended behavior?
