ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User has exported requisition approval rules from  Development POD to Test POD by using the SOA Composer Export/Import.
In Test POD, Rules are appearing in the BPM Task "ReqApproval" but they are not appearing in the FSM task (Manage Requisition Approval task).

It is expected that after SOA Import in Target system, the rules should appear in both FSM and BPM.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Navigate to SOA Export/Import options
2. Export the SOA Rules from source POD and Import in target POD.
3. Search for the rules in target POD BPM -> ReqApproval -> Assignees -> It appears.
4. Search for the rules in target POD FSM task (Manage Requisition Approval) rule is missing.
