Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, CX Integration

An error occurs in CPQ when creating a quote form Opportunity

ERROR
-----------------------
Commerce action failed to complete due to integration timeout.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Sales > Opportunities
3. Search and edit opportunity
4. Switch to Quotes and Orders subtab
5. Click the Create Quote button; the error occurs

Note: the timeout was increased and we were seeing the quote get created but it was taking a long time (about 60 seconds).

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot create a quote or it is taking a long time (about 60 seconds).
