Entity row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000001630399 ] is not found in IdeaEO

STEPS
-----------------------

  1. Post new idea
  2. Add Customer on General Information tab
  3. Add text to the content tab
  4. Add one or more relationship on the Relationships tab
  5. From the General Information tab -> Actions -> Delete
  6. Agree to the Warning
  7. See error message
  8. Refresh the screen and see idea is actually deleted
