How to use 3rd party sso sign-in page(CloudGate Uno) at the specific cloud services(OAC) (Doc ID 2555805.1)

Goal

 When you access the  Analytics Cloud service URL, the IDCS sign in page is displayed. This is expected behavior.
 I would like to use the CloudGate Uno SSO sign-in page instead of IDCS  when accessing the Analytics Cloud service URL.
 Is there a way to configure this in IDCS side?
