APP IMPORT WITH SAME APP ID AND SOCIAL AUTH SCHEME: ERROR WITH WWV_FLOW_AUTHN_FK_CRED APPLICATION IMPORT WITH SAME APP ID AND SOCIAL AUTHENTICATION SCHEME GIVES ERROR WITH WWV_FLOW_AUTHN_FK_CRED

Scenario explained :

In DEV database , Workspace --> AMI :
==================================
1. Application 888 was created which is for SSO  using Oracle Identity Cloud Services

     Reference https://wphilltech.com/apex-auth-n-using-idcs/  --Oracle is Not responsible for Information in Third Party Sites

2. Application 110 altered to reference the authentication scheme of 888. Like 888:IDCS in authentication scheme .

In same DEV database , Workspace --> AI :
==================================
3. Application 888 was exported from AMI and imported to AI and also authentication scheme is also present. Import was success.
4. Application 110 was exported from AMI and imported to AI and got imported without any errors.

In UAT database , Workspace --> IA :
=================================
5. Application 888 was imported and configured with correctly updated web credentials for IDCS integration.
6. Application 110 , while importing fails because of the authentication scheme >>>>

Execution of the statement was unsuccessful. ORA-20001: Error creating authentication scheme name=IDCS ORA-02291: integrity constraint (APEX_180200.WWV_FLOW_AUTHN_FK_CRED) violated - parent key not found
begin
wwv_flow_api.create_authentication(
 p_id=>wwv_flow_api.id(1859063562201983)
,p_name=>'IDCS'
,p_scheme_type=>'NATIVE_SOCIAL'

7. But while imported using NEW Application number it succeeds . It fails only when "RE-USE same application number" option is used.

Need to reference a single app authentication scheme in all workspaces instead of creating a new authentication scheme in all workspace.
