Goal

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Sales Agreement

How are contract deliverables working ?

Business case :

Log in as a salesperson.

Select type - internal and Notifications checkbox on status change.


The status of the contract changed from draft to pending signature but the contract owner did not received any notifications when the status changed.

Same test was performed by checking only the box “when deliverable is overdue” and the Fixed date some previous days, but the user did not received any notifications again.

To sum up, deliverables seem to not updated even when the contract status changes or even when the deliverable is overdue.

For these notifications to appear, the following processes run, again with no results:
• Send Contract Terms Deliverable Due Date Notifications
• Send Contract Terms Deliverable Escalation Notifications
• Send Contract Terms Deliverable Overdue Notifications
