All Mapping Columns Are Not Being Shown In Item Import Map Template (Doc ID 2555893.1)

Goal

When trying to generate item import template for import maps, all the mapped columns are not being shown and just shows columns 'status' and 'attribute_char1' are shown.
User has already downloaded and install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5

Also Macros are enabled post downloading above framework
