The Status Of Activity Is Different From Those On The Action Plan Dashboard (Doc ID 2555957.1)

Symptoms


The LOV Status on the Action Plan field are different than action plan dashboard. This cause confusion to the users.

The issue is with LOV that are available at the Action Plan dashboard and at the action level.

The task 'Manage Mapping of action plan status values' maps the dashboard status (blocked, In progress, complete) to the action plan status i.e., Not started, cancelled, complete, In progress and On hold.

So visibly this is not a apple to apple comparison and this is creating confusion when the status of action plan is refreshed to the status at dashboard.

E.g. Cancelled activities appear as In progress on the dashboard On Hold activities - appear as blocked.

Client wants that the status saved on the activity should be the same as that on the action plan dashboard in the SR.
