How to create a number of new fields based on the value of a custom field?
Desired result - Functionality of the "Solution" section on the HR Helpdesk Details Layout
A number of boxes in the section only appears when the Status of an SR is set to Resolved. Once the Status field is marked as resolved a number of additional fields suddenly appear.
How to replicate this functionality?
