ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 Item not getting updated on contract line

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Item number should be update and new line should not be created

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a contract with one line
2. Update the item number with the FBDI template

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the item number
