BLANK PAGE DISPLAYED IN SECURITY CONSOLE ROLES PAGE (Doc ID 2556303.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Security Console the users have the page blank for the functions related to Roles, Users, Analytics, Certificates, User Categories, SSO and Administration.
  
The username has the correct IT Security Manager role assigned ( This role is mandatory to access Security Console - [Role Code Name: ORA_FND_IT_SECURITY_MANAGER_JOB]).

When the user tries to access Users screen to reset passwords is not possible, as a blank page is shown for the functions related to Users in Security Console.

The user can click on Users, but on right hand side there is only blank, not even search screen is visible.


You have checked that same symptom is for other users having same IT Security Manager role [Role Code Name: ORA_FND_IT_SECURITY_MANAGER_JOB].
 



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Security Console has to provide all the details for Roles, Users, Analytics, Certificates, User Categories, SSO and Administration.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Security Console,
2. The users will have the page blank for the functions related to Roles, Users etc.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Security Console functions.
